From my knowledge of Std's, im guessing that its possible to transmit an std to another part of your body. I mean, if its possible to transmit it through the mouth then it should certainly be possible to spread it to your own mouth.

It is possible with certain STIs, particularly herpes, which is localized and could spread from genitals to oral membranes via autofellatio, if one were infected (even if the infection were asymptomatic).

It is possible to spread an STD from your penis to your mouth. If, for instance, someone gave you oral sex and a strain of oral herpes along with it, it is possible that you could transmit that strain from your penis to your mouth through autofellatio. How likely this is I honestly don't know.
