I love my coffee and tea... but it seems like a lot of other people my age get their caffeine from energy drinks, soda and the like. Which is nasty in my opinion..
But out of curiosity, I made a poll. Choose your poison(s).

High Fructose Corn Syrup
You know what they say about it?That it's made from corn, chemically altered, directly linked to hypertension, CVD and liver damage; and effectively causes type II diabetes and obesity?

Soda. It's the only thing I can really drink and enjoy the taste.
I drink tea on occaision, and I am a big consumer of dark chocolate, even if it's not more than the daily recommended amount.
Thank you for putting mate` on the list...it's really popular in Uruguay, the best country you've [probably] never heard of!!! I tried some up here, and I hated it. Perhaps I'll have someone show me what really tastes good if I ever visit Latin America, because I honestly don't believe that one try from here is good enough. By the way, anyone try Amerikanisch green tea and hate it, then try Japanese tea and love it? That happened to me, you know.
Have you seen my location?I know Uruguayans. It's a tiny little country nestled in between Brazil and Argentina known for its beautiful beaches and fantastic tourist industry.
Maté's the shit. An herbal beverage prepared from a bush that grows wild in Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil, and Chile. It has a shit load of caffeine (an estimated 150-200mgs. per serving) and MAOIs. One of my favorite drinks... of course I've only prepared it loose-leaf style, and never traditionally in the gourd like they do in South America.
But I agree with you on the green tea thing. I prefer Japanese as well: Gyokuro and Ceremonial (or matcha) are my favorites.

Tea and Energy Drinks, usually the former and rarely the latter, although I never go out of my way to just consume caffeine, I mostly drink those two because of the taste, with only drinking energy drinks to give me a boost if i'm gunna be active for an extended period of time.
Soda for sure!!! go MTN DEW
Tea is too damn weak to be useful for caffeine. Coffee works, but I need lots of it to really get the proper effect (I love coffee for itself as a drink and so drink a lot, and have created quite a caffeine tolerance inadvertently), so for concentration and ease I tend to use energy drinks and caffeine pills when I really need to be super alert.

I get mine mainly from tea and carbonated soft drinks. I don't drink soda, it's far too American
Mainly tea and energy drinks
