Civil is primarily to do with infrastructure and building stuff. Industrial may refer to a whole lot of different things, such as chemical, petroleum, electrical, photovoltic...etc.
Depends which one you like.
Socialism is saving the life of a sick person, rather than deriving pleasure at the sight of his death because he cannot afford healthcare.
During the reign of George W Bush, over a million souls perished under the boot of his regime.
"...because you were an atheist, until you hit the ground." - Scott Adams
Define "Industrial". I'm doing a major in Computer Systems (electrical engineering with a slightly different focus basically) and I really like it so far. It depends on what you like though. We need more info.
Both are good choices. Civil will deal mainly with mechanical engineering and Industrial will have components of mechanical, electrical, and systems.
