Assuming you want to practise law in the United States, your biggest concern is getting into a good university. You'll go to law school after getting your bachelor's degree. With high 80s and a good SAT score, I doubt you'll have any problems getting into a decent state university. How well you do in high school, though, won't have much of an impact on law school admissions.

You should go into canon law. It's far easier to get into those schools and also, there are fewer canon lawyers than regular lawyers in Hell.

Well, it is always good to have a goal to be working towards, but I should caution you against making up your mind too quickly. More than likely, your interests will change a bit between now and the time you enter the uni..You may still end up going into law, but there is still a good change that you may want to go into something else.

In anycase, the specifics do not matter now. What really matters is that you see the value in Becoming Someone. Education is diginity. I'm glad to hear that you have set your goals high, and that it sounds like you are willing to work towards them..

Honestly, when your parents tell you "You can be whatever you want to be," they are actually 100% correct. It's ALL A MATTER of how hard you are willing to work. Set your standards high. No person ever became a president by just assuming he didn't have what it takes to be one...
    Chemistry: Matter, you cheap whore.
    Chemistry: True substance abuse.
