Title for Step-Mom/Dad

I am just wondering, if any of you have a step mom or step dad, do you call them "Mom..." or "Dad...", or do you call them by their first name?
One of my friends calls her step mom by her first name, and was just wondering about this.

I have a step-mom who became my step mom when I was about 13. I dislike her and she will never be anything like a mother to me so therefore I call her by her first name, "Jenn".

Well I have had 2 step moms and soon to be 3. I have referred to all of them by their first name. Simply because I could never call anyone else mom. Never had a step- dad though. My mom has had people that could be close she has just never re-married.

Most of my friends refer to their step-mother or step-father by their first name. I'd have to say that I'd do the same because I wouldn't feel comfortable calling them mom and dad. Some may see it as disrespectful but I just wouldn't be able to do it.
