I dont usually trust these sorts of things but this looks pretty real.

Half of the content on the site is bullshit. Pretty much all of the links are dead. The before and after shots are fake.

Obviously it's fake. There is no quick or easy way to get defined abs. You can't cheat the human body with cheap advertisement tricks.
