The soil in my immediate area is very clay-esque. You'll occasionally see a nice one, but yes, generally there are nothing but palm trees here. The palm frawns don't necessarily do too much damage to homes unless being blown quickly by hurricane-force winds, but can scratch the paint on cars if they hit them.

I don't have a tree on my property, but my next door neighbor has some type of tree... it's very nice looking.

You know, this post reminds me of some pictures you had taken at a park nearby your house where you went with your siblings. Man, that place was beautiful as the foliage around there was great! You really live in a pretty nice area! I do like your house a lot, too, as the picture you had uploaded of your area makes it look really good! It seems like your area is really quiet and the perfect place for your younger siblings.

In light of this review I will definitely stay away from "Paranormal!"
