Well I owe my parents about £55 for a concert ticket (about $110) to go and see Queen + Paul Rodgers! They bought it for me but I still have to repay them. And although I make about £60 a week minimum, I really need to save it for college next year so it may be a while until I get all of it so I imagine I'll pay it to them in instalments

well unfortunately, I took over all the debt I had put into my moms name once I turned 18. As of last wednesday I am more like 25-30 grand in debt cause I got rid of my mustang for something way more practical more expensive but it'll save me money in hte long run.

And this is in part why I chose Davidson. No student loans! All aid comes in grants baby!

My aid from the school was a grant (4000$), its the government I owe money to. I don't know of any school that loans money to students.

Ahh for my studies next year onwards, my parents agreed to pay my living fees if I pay for my course. So they'll be paying £4,100 a year for my accommodation (well for the 2008/09 year anyway) and I'll be paying £1,745 for the course each year It means that I have a little more of my loan to spare, but what I may do is try and save the money I DON'T spend each week and perhaps use it to pay off what I do spend when the time comes to repay the loan

I owe £20 to a mate of mine.

I shouldnt pay it though... he phoned me last summer and asked if i wanted to go see a band play live. I said no due to not having any money, he said he'd help if took some money along.

He paid about a quarter of the cost though, which was fuck all. And i was like "errr... i cant afford this i told you" and so he said he'd let me borrow the rest until i get paid..

But since then i keep putting it off, and now he's sending me texts every few days asking if i can send it to him in the post
