    Default Fingering - Hymen breaking?

Is it likely that the hymen will break (if it hasn't already) during fingering? By fingering I mean digital penetration.

If so, is it likely to be painful?

If it is, will it be painful for long?

I doubt it. The hymen is a bit of tissue that partially covers the vaginal opening, though for some reason so many people think it is somewhere up inside the vagina, which is completely false. I find it highly unlikely that fingers will be enough to stretch it enough to tear it.

Oh, I didn't realise that... That makes sense actually.

Is it likely to hurt if light pressure is applied to it (accidentally that is)? I'm pretty clueless about this.

Well it can depend on how many fingers you are using. Simply applying a little light pressure isn't enough to cause any pain; the hymen is usually elastic enough to handle it.

It depends on how many fingers you will use and how rough you'll be. One finger may not be enough to break it, but if you're being rough, it could break.

This really depends on the girl. I don't even know if I've broken mine and if I have I didn't feel it. Some girls feel a slight pressure and some girls may find it extremely painful.

I would assume it would be somewhat painful, considering it's tissue.

It depends on the girl, completely. Some girls have a thicker hymen than others do. For some girls, fingering would cause the hymen to tear easily, while other girls may not break theirs till the 4th time they have sex.

As for pain, it really depends. It may, or it may not.

The hymen isn't actually inside the vagina; it partially covers the opening. There is a chance that your girlfriend had already broken her hymen through sports or using a tampon. Just because she's a virgin doesn't mean that her hymen is still intact. It's also possible that you only stretched her hymen or you broke it but it wasn't painful for her.
