For years now, i wake up and i have to go to the bathroom instantly, and i poop alot. I eat a pretty healthy diet day in and out, dont eat late before bed, any help would be appreciated... is this somewhat normal?
Everyone's bowel movements occur differently. Some people only go every few/other day, others go multiple times a day. As you indicated that you eat a healthy diet, if you've got a lot of insoluble and soluble fiber in your diet that could certainly help things along. As long as there have been no significant changes in the frequency or composition/colour of your bowel movements and nothing seems abnormal, I don't think you have anything to worry about.
I hear ya, i think its the fact that i'll wake up at my boyfriends house with an embarrassing stomach pain, be forced to say "see ya later" than risk using his bathroom and whole thing of TP... go ahead laugh lol i did.
