I'm probably way off here, but wouldn't this be extremely uncomfortable to do? Between the friction/heat from rubbing your penis against fabric for at least few minutes to the fact that it seems extremely easy to break something down there like this...not to mention getting fuzz on your dick head.

Nope, u basically get hard, and slide (not rub) your rod against the mattress, or towel if you have one underneath you. Feels awesome once you come.
