It means "warming bag," I think. It's a hand warmer of some sort.

Thanks for your help. Now I just need to figure out how to use it. This is going to be fun because the directions are in german

sorry If I spelled some of the words wrong. what I find interesting is that some of the words are similar to english.

Ah, the metal disk, right. I don't read German, but I know a bit about how to use a handwarmer. That metal disk, you need to bend it. Just bend it til it clicks, and it'll start warming up. I'm guessing the liquid inside it is clear ? If it is, you should start seeing it go cloudy as it warms up. When it's fully warm and you can't see through the liquid any more, it'll start cooling down.
Then when it's cooled down and you want to make it useable again, you need to immerse it in a bowl of warm water (I'm guessing at the temperatures it says in your German instructions), and leave it til the liquid goes clear again.
Next time you go to the supermarket, fill your trolley with booze - vodka, whisky, gin, whatever you want, fill it, and just before you get to the till put in a pack of nappies. Once they've tilled it through and tell you the price, pretend like you don't have quite enough money and put the nappies back. They'll look at you like you're scum, it's brilliant.
