I glanced, and as the son of a woman who studied interior design at Moore College of Art, and myself having read a couple books about the history of color, I too am a color expert. (Not to mention I've been stuck with here when she's been teaching her color theory classes... le sigh)

250 is made up of three main colours:

R: 152
G: 153
B: 200

= Blue Bell

R: 163
G: 200
B: 228

= Light Blue

And also:

R: 105
G: 101
B: 200

= slate blue

As well as black, white and the blue text.

Though, Brady is right about the closest color.
