I'd agree with this statement. I'd imagine, over a long, long period of time, that the anus may strech a bit permenatly. But to a huge degree, if its just your finger.

Your anal sphincter will not stretch out permanently. If you play with it for a little bit it may get looser but that will only be for a short period of time. after that it will return back to its previous state.
