Your flexibility is definitely needed during autofellatio (or self-sucking) but your length down there doesn't need to be over average size (6in) because you won't get there if you can't flex your spine. Never do this procedure in mornings since your muscles are tight and stiff. There is some danger to autofellatio as mentioned in the link above which is breaking your neck or spine from pushing yourself when you're not ready. Not something you may wish to do because of an injury risk but you may use things such and stretchy pants or similar over your head and through your legs to help achieve better results but don't do this unless you want to put a risk for yourself.
Plus, Yoga is not necessary at all but will help, the backwards C position (or plough position) is a yoga move anyway.

I did it a few years ago once, but it hurt so I was only able to lick the tip and only for like 5 seconds.. and it wasnt even pleasurable cuz my back was in pain. So in the end it wasn't even worth it for me, so I havent ever tried again
