Are you sure it's urine, and not just underdeveloped cum? You wouldn't be the first to get them confused. Of course if it is definately urine, it's not uncommon - and should certainly improve with age, as you gain further bladder control, and the 'flap' which is responsible for the blocking of urine when ejaculation occurs becomes more functional.
