Hi! I am Canadian but I was just wondering..what is the legal voting age in the US? Here it is 18.

It's 18 here too. Well, technically I think you can be something like 17 and 9 months to register.

To vote in a federal election you have to be 18 by the end of the year in which you vote. For presidental elections (which happen November 2, 2004) you can be as young as 17 and 10 months I believe.

You have to be 18 on or before the day of the election to vote. You can register at 17 and whatever.
Our 26th ammendment:
Section 1. The right of citizens of the United States, who are eighteen years of age or older, to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of age.
Section 2. The Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.
