Phone calls?

There is this girl I like and i think she likes me.....but as a "brother". Which is fine cause at least brothers get to see their sisters naked every once in a while;) She lives in a different town but we IM, Email, Phone, and actually see each other all the time. But thats not the point of this post. We have gotten to the stage where we talk on the phone about once a week for a couple hours but she always calls me. When ever I try to call her she ussually sez "I will call you right back" and then does. Its almost as if she is trying to hide the fact that we talk, and how long we talk. But both her mom and dad know me, and don't mind me talking to her and hanging out with her. Any reason why a girl would feel she NEEDS to be the one who calls? Any Ideas?

You should be happy that she calls you. Many girls "expect" the guy to call and don't ahve the initiative to do so ... or enjoy impressing their family with how oftne guys call and ask for them.
Since she does call you back pretty soon I don't think it matters.
Are you far enough form each other that it's a long distance call? Maybe she's trying to save you money.

Yeah, it's great when the girl calls the guy and not vice versa. It sounds like she might think of you more than a friend, but at the same time, you said she thinks of you as a brother, and I know what that's like. I think she just sees you as a really good guy friend that she can talk to you about that she wouldn't be so comfortable talking to girls about.

um thats weird, cause if she didnt want people to know she wouldnt call you because when she calls someone it shows up on the phone bill but if someone calls her it wouldnt.........strange

Maybe she doesnt like to talk when her boyfriend is there.

She didnt actually SAY she loves you as a brother? If she did, that's bad as far as romance goes.

But maybe, if her parents hear a boy calling, theyll ask a ton of questions and stuff so she doesnt want that.

just ask the girl
