I cheated on an important test and i fell really guilty...

What should I do? the school year is over and it wasn't for a grade.
It was for a high school entrance exam.
Since the school year is over I couldn't take the test over again, i dont believe...

If I couldn't figer out the question. I took the answers from this other kid on the math test, and then substituted them in to see if they would work.. If I didn't know the answer still, instead of guessing, I would take the others kids answer.

I got a REALLY good score and I'm not that good of a student in math...

Now I feel REALLY guilty.......

Have any of you cheated on a big test?
What can you do?
Should I worry?
Would you feel guilty??:(

I cheat all the time..although its not the smartest thing cause I'm only reallt cheating myself..but the guilt has faded for me and I really don't care..

But you have cheated and what's done is done..make this a lesson for the future not to do it again

cheating is ok if u dont get caught
My advise:
1. dont get caught
2. to prevent getting caught, dont cheat, just guess, the worst that can happen is u get it wrong

Cheating is not perfectly fine! What happens when that guy you cheat off of misses a day because hes sick and you fail? :) Just study and do your own work...

cheating definitely isn't fine.

as someone else has already said - cheating might appear to be alright, but in the end, you're only cheating yourself.

if you get into college or whatever, you're going to get through someone elses knowledge and when it comes to the crunch, you're going to have to do your own work. there's this thing called plagiarism and in colleges and universities it carries big penalties.

i wouldn't encourage anyone to cheat. all it takes is a bit of work and you can get things done ;)

yep, just cheating yourself.

when it comes time for university (if your going), you'll never make it through cheating, nor will you on the job. you have to work, independence. people are not always going to be there for you as your comforter, times get rough and you only have yourself.

If cheating will get you ahead, then I see no problem with it.

Cheating is not right.

I simply hate them all. I work hard everyday at school and earn B's and other people are copying off me and getting A's. :\ Bunch of air heads who depend on smart kids to cheat off them.

I used to cheat all the time! This guy had a calculator which he could write on and it had all the letters of the alphabet on so he would write the answers to questions on it. Don't worry, you'll eventually start doing things by yourself and see that it's better that way because then you can really praise yourself when you do well as you know it was all your work!

I think cheating is wrong. But thats mainly because I've caught people trying to cheat off of me. I don't tell on them or anything, but I cover my test better. I hate when people don't do their own work, and think it's ok to cheat off of me. Screw them all!

I also cheat all the time, and see absolutely nothing wrong with it..hell, people even asked me for my papers so they could cheat off of me in science, and I gladly handed my paper over..the only thing that was annoying me was the fact that they werent sharing with me :(..i have no problem sharing my answers with people as long as they return the favor sooner or later

Well, the people that cheat off of me never seemed to study themselves, so I would have never thought to cheat off of them. I wouldn't have reason to.

Cheaters are just to lazy to learn the information themselves.

Most people learn not to cheat off of me. If I suspect someone is cheating(or really wants to cheat, I first do the test really fast, but have answers that may not be all correct(in dark pencil), and write the right answers in light pencil. After the cheater is done and hands in his/her test, I erase all the dark marks and darken all the light ones.

Yes, I know I am evil, but now people have learned not to cheat off of me!

Watch the move "Cheats." Not to find an answer to your question, just because it's awesome.

If you only copied one answer, and you got a really good score, then i doubt that 1 question would've made you fail.
