I'm looking for a free/open source PDF program that can do as much as Adobe Acrobat can do as possible. Can someone help me out? Thanks. :)

Adobe Reader, used for reading PDF documents is free.
Adobe Acrobat, used to create PDF documents isn't free

Sumatra PDF, very very low memory footprint, I hate Adobe Reader...
