If he's sexually harrasing you, then converse with friends on the way to class. If he does something you'll have witnesses.
Just don't kick him in the crotch. He'll have a terrible, painful injury that may make him infertile, and you'll face the consequences of assault. You have nothing beyond testimony on him, he's got proof on you. You won't win in a court case (if it has to go that far) or a discipline committe/school board case unless the members are feminist, hairy-backed amazon women bitches.
Plus, it's just shameful. Not a way to fight, and you'll be doing more pain to him than he to you.
Just try to have witnesses, maybe some guy witnesses. If you've got a guy witness, then the faculty will probably believe your case rather than thinking that one of your girlfriends is just helping you out by lying.
Slap him a few more times and tell him to back off or you'll tell your parents. And do tell them.
He's attracted to you. So what if he is a creep, at least you're doing something right!:-D

Call the police.
The Police will laugh at you.

NOT! I heard Sting was raising money to feed the homeless dogs orphaned in Iraq! LOL
OK... that was stupid!:-D
Seriously, you need your parents to make a appointment with your guidance counselor and Vice Principal in charge of discipline. The admin won't listen to you since they get dozens of complaints by students every single day and have to deal with more pressing probs like drugs and guns on campus.
If you don't get a satsifactory response, you may need to contact a District official or an Ombudsman (if your district has one) to resolve this.
Nowdays the higherups in the District are very careful about how they handle allegations of abuse or bullying since many have been sued in court.

I think 420 is right on the whole point as your parents must be told as the admin won't believe you therefore your parents must take up the case and could go to the district official to resolve the matter...
