Actually Naan is found all across the Indo-Persian area, India, Afghanistan, Iran, etc...
Out of those options, mine is Naan.
I like pitta bread and Peshwari Naan more though :yummy:

Nice normal doughy white bread. French bread is the only other one I like on there but I don't want to break my teeth so I don't eat it much.

Play with it. You know, like Fimo, you mould things out of it and bake them and then they go hard and you can paint them and stuff, isn't that sourdough ?

My grandmother's plecionka. It's in the same general category as Portuguese sweet bread and Jewish challah. In a way it's a richer version of brioche.

For a second I thought that read "placenta" and I nearly choked :P A little off-topic, but it relates to cooking and placenta :P
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/101944.stm
Channel 4 rapped for serving placenta
http://news.bbc.co.uk/olmedia/100000/images/_101944_correspondent.jpg
http://news.bbc.co.uk/furniture/nothing.gif
Britain's Channel 4 has been severely reprimanded for a programme in which a woman's afterbirth was served up as paté.
The Broadcasting Standards Commission said the episode of TV Dinners, shown in February, breached a taboo and "would have been disagreeable to many".
The presenter, Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall, devised the recipe with mother Rosie Clear for a party to celebrate the birth of her daughter Indi-Mo Krebbs.
The placenta was fried with shallots and garlic, flambéed, puréed and served to 20 relatives and friends as a pate on focaccia bread. Mrs Clear's husband Lee had 17 helpings but the other guests were less enthusiastic. Mmmmmmm.

Plecionka is just a Polish word meaning something like "twist".
That has to do with the way the bread is shaped rather than its taste.
hehe

Artisan breads are often the best. Wouldn't know the names of them all. And I prefer whole wheat. But a lot of the best stuff isn't whole wheat, sadly. Naan is also quite good.
I'm getting hungry...

wtf is french bread????
French Bread here in America refers to a type of white bread that has a chewy and distinguishable crust--hard to describe. I suspect this is another ignorant American thing. I was in France and never saw French bread, but I was only there for a day and a half (stop between The Netherlands and Spain).
I'm surprised nobody started calling it Freedom Bread back in 2003 or so when there was the whole Freedom Fries and Freedom Toast movement.
